SSH access rules

SSH access supports legitimate website-management tasks, including editing files, using WP-CLI, managing Composer packages and interacting with WordPress plugins.

SSH must not be used for general-purpose Linux workloads, containers, third-party binaries, VPN software, sudo attempts, or persistent services and daemons. SSH access may be blocked when these conditions are breached, and misuse does not qualify the service for a refund.
